Ashley Hunt is an international meditation teacher who has cultivated her own meditation practice over the past 15 years, now specialising in interpreting this ancient practice in a modern world. It is her mission to show people how important meditation is for overall health and wellbeing, while allowing her students to grow their own meditation practice. First and foremost Ashley's style is accessible, enjoyable and suitable for all. There are no crystals, chanting or lotus poses, just practical tools to help anyone get more out of their life.

Ashley's style fuses together science-based mindfulness exercises with practical breathwork and thoughtful visualisations. She successfully creates non-dogmatic, inclusive and enjoyable classes based on the most current scientific research for mind optimisation.

As an expert in the mindfulness and meditation field, Ashley not only writes for her own blog but also contribute to other publications including Mind Body Green, Upworthy and Popsugar.

Your space in a class is reserved only once full payment has been received.

Our workshop tickets are non refundable, but if you are aware you will be unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else you wish to come in your place.

In the event you forget to come or you are unable to attend a workshop, the ticket is non transferable after the event.
