It’s the beginning of a brand new year and what better way to start it off than by re-connecting with yourself and your purpose. Join meditation teacher Ashley Hunt at Mindful & Co Cronulla for an afternoon devoted to introspection and self-care. Discover a deep sense of who you are and what you want in life, plus leave feeling inspired to make bold and positive changes to help you on your way to fulfilling your potential. If 2018 didn’t quite get you where you want to be, let 2019 be the year you make it happen. 
Over the workshop we’ll cover: 
- Positive reflection. Discover how viewing your past with gratitude will open you up to receiving in the future.
- Strengthening your intuition. Learn how meditation helps you hone in on your innate power to know what is best for you.
- Discover your purpose and become aware of how you might be holding yourself back from reaching your potential.
- Indulge in a deeply relaxing guided meditation and powerful visualisation to tap into your subconscious mind and bring to light your deepest desires. 
- Setting your intentions. Create a plan to help you get on your way to achieving your dreams.
No previous experience is necessary. Everyone welcome.

About Ashley Hunt:
Ashley is an international meditation teacher who has cultivated her own meditation practice over the past 15 years, now specialising in interpreting this ancient practice in a modern world. It is her mission to show people how important meditation is for overall health and wellbeing, while allowing her students to grow their own meditation practice. First and foremost Ashley's style is accessible, enjoyable and suitable for all. There are no crystals, chanting or lotus poses, just practical tools to help anyone get more out of their life.

Over the past three years, Ashley has led classes in various locations around the world including Obonjan Island in Croatia, Aro Ha retreat in New Zealand and her own luxury meditation retreat in Bali. Ashley's corporate clients have included The Hilton, lululemon, Twitter and WeWork and she has run sessions for all experience levels and sizes, from intimate classes of 5 to large group sessions with over 350 people.

Last year Ashley was selected as lead meditation guide for a brand new event series that launched in London in 2017, MIND:UNLOCKED. Ashley not only lead the majority of sessions throughout the series but also contributed to designing and developing the style of meditation that was taught across all events.

Ashley's style fuses together science-based mindfulness exercises with practical breathwork and thoughtful visualisations. She successfully creates non-dogmatic, inclusive and enjoyable classes based on the most current scientific research for mind optimisation.

As an expert in the mindfulness and meditation field, Ashley not only writes for her own blog but also contribute to other publications including Mind Body Green, Upworthy and Popsugar.
