Oils that you will discover include Clary Sage: abdominal cramps, hot flushes and reduces cortisol levels, Ylang Ylang: calming and uplifts the mind, Thyme: balances progesterone and Sandalwood: soothes nervous tension, anxiety and libido boosting.

You will get to create your own essential oil roller tailored to your specific health needs.

Gabi is a qualified Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine) from Endeavour College. She has worked at Flannery’s Health Food Store for over 2 years, she enjoys working around healthy food and advising customers on how to improve their health with nutrition and supplementation.
